Asia Pacific Legacy Programs: Perspectives for the Next Generation
Since 2011, Credit Suisse has organized the annual “Legacy Program: Perspectives for the Next Generation” program, in response to clients’ interest and demand for an Asia-specific program. This five-day program is tailored to the offspring of clients in the Asian region, aiming to educate the younger generation of Credit Suisse’s UHNW clients, preparing them to continue the legacy of their families’ business and wealth. The program is held annually for approximately 40 participants (age 21-30) from across the region.
Young Investor Program
Founded in 2003 in Switzerland, the Young Investor Program (YIP) is an exclusive program for 35 participants that was mooted in conjunction with professors of the University of St. Gallen. The program is aimed at young people being groomed to take on considerable financial responsibility in the future. It is an exclusive week-long investment seminar for top Private Banking clients' offspring (aged 20-30 years) and designed for participants with and without financial knowledge. At the end of the program, participants would receive a solid grounding in the field of investment management, which can be applied to both current and future management of family wealth.
Young Investors Organization
Solely sponsored by Credit Suisse, the Young Investors Organization (YIO) is the premier network for the next generation of the most influential families around the world. The organization connects peers with similar backgrounds and fosters valuable contacts for the purpose of exchanging ideas, experiencing different cultures and pursing learning in the fields of finance, business and personal development. The YIO aims to accelerate the growth and development of young individuals with thought provoking ideas so that they can leave their own foot print in due time.
